Although transforming midlife health and getting life back on our terms is my priority goal – for all midlifers – as a man, I recognise the challenges this poses whilst wrestling with finding our place as a man in a fast changing and confusing world. Wha does it mean to be a man? Should I be more ‘warrior’? What if I am struggling with my mental health and more?
